Our Client, a women owned small business in the Reston, Virginia area  is focused on providing innovative technical solutions for client servers and web based applications, is in search of a customer service representative. 

Position Summary: 

Provide customer service and technical support to customers who are calling in with questions pertaining to their particular surveys. These surveys are taken at the request of the survey takers employers.

Typical Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide courteous, engaged, and educated customer service to all customers.

Allocate the appropriate technical support for all callers as needed. 

Enter survey information as it comes in, into the system. 

Escalate difficult questions to supervisors as needed. 

Complies with company policies and procedures.

Additional duties as assigned by management.

Skills Required:

Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. 

Must have previous data entry experience.

The ability to be present and patient. 

Proficient in Microsoft office and Excel. 

Must have strong listening skills.

Technical skills are essential specifically strong aptitude in internet navigation .
