Job Description

Reservation Specialist 

This is a worldwide luxury transportation company that guarantees customer satisfaction, meet and greet service needs, and provides the highest quality of transportation to many locations around the world.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer/reply/listen to all reservations related requests, calls, emails, etc. in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Provide clients with requested information concerning the availability and other services available that will accommodate their request.
  • Obtain all necessary information from the caller regarding the ground transportation and enter it into Livery Coach System accurately.
  • Answer  incoming calls
  • Booking ground travel worldwide for clients, affiliates, and consumers.
  • Handle all submitted reservation requests made by affiliates, clients and consumers via phone, website, Livery Coach or email/eFax. This is includes follow up on CCOF requests.
  • Demonstrate the highest level of Customer Service in all communications with customers, vendors, team members, other departments and management.
  • Mandatory to offer services such as round trip travel, Delta SkyMiles Rewards and pick-ups worldwide.
  • Schedule and manage transportation request    
  • Attention to detail to ensure the finest transportation need or all events
  • Data Entry

Requirements:

  • Must pass typing test!! 
  • Must be very professional
  • ATTENTION TO DETAIL!! 
  • High School Diploma or equivalent education required.
  • One to two years in a call center environment, preferably in Customer Service/Sales
  • Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the office.
  • Requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to be persuasive with telephone sales and effective communication skills.
  • Must possess basic computer knowledge and skill with ability to communicate via email.
  • General knowledge of city and its major attractions are necessary to assist with travel needs.
  • Must have good diction and grammar
  • Must be able to type 35-40 WPM
  • Must be able to read from a script

Hours:

Monday - Wednesday: 2:30 pm- 11:00 pm

Saturday and Sunday:  3:00 pm- 11:00 pm

Off days: Thursday and Friday

Pay: $11/ hr

(Temp to Hire Position w/ benefits and a pay increase once hired on)
