Job Description

The Replenishment Analyst is focused on maintaining target inventory levels.This role requires coordinating the efficient flow of materials based on customer and manufacturing demand. Analyzes and revises replenishment plans and provides appropriate pick up delivery dates as required. Works with other departments to ensure both internal and external customer satisfaction. Analyzes and reports on actual demand, trends and forecasts, and adjusts plans accordingly.

Duties:

  • Translate projected forecasts, incoming volume, and demand plan into a replenishment plan.
  • Maintain all transaction information in ERP system.
  • Work with customer service to determine weekly forecast and develop replenishment models to improve accuracy.
  • Schedule replenishment orders based on the product mix and provide accurate commitment dates to logistics, planning, customer service and management
  • Coordinate information with other functional staff, including customer service, logistics, planning.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory at various off site locations.
  • Establish replenishment requirements that meet inventory and cost objectives
  • Establish and coordinate replenishment planning activities

Requirements:

  • Ability to read, write and speak clearly.
  • Working knowledge of material resource planning in ERP System, Microsoft Office and company email programs. 
  • Ability to effectively communicate information, both orally and written, and respond to questions from managers, customers, vendors and other employees in a professional manner. 
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree program with at least two years’ experience in materials planning in a manufacturing environment and APICS certification
