  • 'Cold call' Service Technicians to determine their qualifications and availability to work.
  • Follow up and organization of contacts.

General Accountabilities

  • Confers with management and supervisors to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills.
  • Develops and maintains network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
  • Initiates contact with and screens possibly qualified candidates for specific job openings.
  • Maintains a vast network of recruiting sources and information for finding and attracting potential applicants.

Job Qualifications

  • Education: Associate degree
  • Experience: 1-2 years of related experience
