Receptionist / Customer Service Representative

Headquarters location for a growing company in the Alpharetta area has an immediate opening for a Receptionist / Customer service representative to join the team.  You will be the first impression to customers over the phone and visitors to the office.  Someone who enjoys interacting with people throughout the day and who has a bubbly personality it the perfect fit for this opportunity.

Location: AlpharettaJob Type: Full-time, temp-to-hirePay: Up to $14 per hour

Job Duties: Receptionist / Customer Service Representative:

  • Greet visitors to the office
  • Answer inbound phone calls regarding setting up new accounts
  • Provide excellent customer service to existing clients
  • Dispatch technicians to job sites
  • Enter new account information into the system
  • Other responsibilities as needed by Sr Management

Requirements: Receptionist / Customer Service Representative

  • High school degree required; some college preferred
  • Must have recent office experience within the last year
  • Polished phone, written and in person communication skills
  • Must provide 2 recent supervisory references
  • Must be willling to submit to background check and drug screen
