   Employee Benefits Account Manager

A large, well-known agency in the Monterey Bay area is expanding their employee benefits department. They are looking for an experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to manage their growing business. This is a great opportunity to work with a respected firm. Compensation and medical benefits are competitive and are open to negotiation, depending on experience.


§  Ability to service and educate groups who are looking to purchase group life and health insurance

§  Ability to maintain current clientele and potentially generate new business

§  5+ years of employee benefits experience, preferably on the broker side

§  Life & Health License

§  Ability to handle small groups of up to 50 lives and large groups over 50 lives

§  Agriculture experience preferred

§  Knowledge of Agency Management Systems preferred
