Job Description

An internationally based business has an opening in their Clearwater office for a person who excels at providing outstanding customer service to existing clients and prospects for their business. The ideal person for this role will enjoy communicating with people via the phone, email and website communications.

This is a temp to hire role and interviews can happen immediately. This position is located in mid Pinellas County near the Clearwater/St. Petersburg border. 

Duties:

  • Work with existing clients to solve problems, troubleshoot products and escalate issues as needed to your manager
  • Respond to email, website inquiries and telephone calls
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients and/or prospects for United States and Canadian customers. 
  • Provide feedback from clients on the products, processes and operations of the business to help improve the operations of the company

Skills:

  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • French and/or Spanish fluency is helpful but not required
  • Strong understanding of technology
  • Previous experience with products that utilize microchips and are connected to computers
  • SalesForce experience is beneficial
  • Positive attitude and a passion for helping people and animals
