  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients
  • Be productive and produce quality work
  • Take job orders from clients including routing shipments, classifying service type and establishing a deadline along with printing the job order
  • Provide continuous follow ups with clients
  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • Review and check documentation for domestic transport, export or import of international shipments 


  • Able to identify and solve problems
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
  • Have the ability to multitask and have good time management 
  • Great organizational skills
  • Strong team player
  •  Must be flexible
  • Knowledge of international and domestic airline routings, worldwide geography and time zones
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Customer Service experience preferred
