Job Description

For a  successful CPA Firm in Woodland Hills, we are looking for an organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to help with all office operations. You will be part of a team of administrative assistants and will be working with different departments. 

This is a Direct Hire position with an annual salary between $ 50,000 - $ 60,000 

A qualified candidate will have administrative, spreadsheet and filing experience and is detail oriented, a team worker, multi-tasker, responsible and take initiatives. 

Daily Duties include, but are not limited to: 

  • Answer all incoming calls 
  • Greet all customers and clients
  • Data Entry
  • Writing letters
  • Generate Excel reports
  • Filing


  • Strong Word and Excel skills
  • MS Office
  • 1 year of Administrative experience
  • Previous experience working in a CPA firm is a must. 
  • Friendly, Personable & Ability to multi-task
