Job Description

The Opportunity:


In this role you’ll:

  • Prepare accurate monthly reconciliation(s) of assigned general ledger account(s) and ensure identified reconciling items are addressed/cleared timely
  • Ability to interface with internal/external auditors and respond to audit inquiries
  • Work closely with Territory Managers, Sales Coordinators, Customer Care Agents, Lien Department and Management regarding questions and issues surrounding items sold via the Company’s website
  • Responsible for timely/accurate payments posting
  • Reconcile payments using the on-line banking portal to general ledger and prepare any adjusting entries as necessary
  • Understand the Company contract terms and conditions
  • Responsible for verification and accuracy of Accounting data
  • Prepare spreadsheet analysis and other support as necessary
  • Perform other accounting, financial or administrative tasks as may be required from time to time, possibly on short notice by Management

Here’s what you bring:

  • BS/BA in Accounting required
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills are required in order to interface with both internal and external customers
  • Must have intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Must have strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Must have excellent work habits, including willingness to work the hours necessary to get the job done, especially during critical deadlines
  • Must be self-motivated and be able to work independently with minimal direct supervision
  • Strong organizational and time management skills essential to ensure prioritizing of workload
